A lab that publishes on safety should not bury its own policies in six-point type. These are short because the site does little; they are set in the reading face because you are meant to read them.
This website is published by Flock Capital, LLC, a privately held limited liability company registered in the United States, for general information about the lab and its work. Content is provided as-is: it is not investment, legal, or tax advice, no securities are offered, and no client or advisory relationship is created by reading it or by writing to us.
Research published here may be early, and is labelled as such when it is. If something is wrong, we would genuinely like to know: write in.
This site sets no cookies. It runs first-party analytics through InsightFlare, hosted by Flock Capital on Cloudflare. The tracker records page paths and query strings, referring sites, browser and device information, approximate network-derived location, and page performance. It honours the browser's Do Not Track setting.
Outside the EU, InsightFlare stores a random visitor identifier in local browser storage to distinguish repeat visits. For EU traffic, it stores no persistent identifier in the browser and uses a server-side identifier that rotates daily. InsightFlare does not store raw IP addresses. Analytics data is used to understand this site's traffic and performance; it is not used for advertising or sold.
The one way this site handles personal data is the contact form. What you type there is transmitted once, privately, to the lab's internal channel so we can read and answer it. It is not stored by this website, not used for marketing, and not shared with anyone else. Email sent to contact@flock.holdings is handled the same way ordinary correspondence is: read, kept as correspondence, and nothing more.
Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser
requests font files from Google when the page loads. Analytics
requests are sent to events.flock.holdings and processed
on Cloudflare.

specula, or in anything else the lab operates, please write to

We practice coordinated disclosure in our own research and extend the same courtesy in return: good-faith reports are welcome, acknowledged, and never met with legal threats. Please avoid accessing data that is not yours, degrading the service, or testing against third parties; none of that is needed to demonstrate a finding.
